Job Description

Applied Mathematician

As an Applied Mathematician at Project Hamburg, you will be the first step in our data-driven process. You will leverage mathematical tools to manipulate, connect, and interpret real-time and historical data. Collaborate with teams to analyze data, find correlations, develop algorithms, and create data set fingerprints for identification. Strong proficiency in mathematics and statistical techniques is required.

Essential Requirements

English-speaking
Willingness to work on-site at Villa Crespo
Open to undergraduate or master’s students, including foreign students

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Strong proficiency in mathematics, including calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, and statistics
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience in data analysis, correlation finding, and algorithm development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
